This is more than just a class; it's a unique opportunity to slow down, connect, and build a sense of community. Our program invites you to step into the peaceful world of our gentle horses and discover the simple, rejuvenating pleasure of their company. Cultivate Community: No prior experience with horses necessary to participate—just an open heart. Each session is a small, intimate gathering where you'll enjoy farm-fresh goodies & tea. We'll start off with some healthy produce, baked goods, and tea or juice from our community farm. Practice wellbeing by being well in the company of others for a community experience. Learn to Groom: Get hands-on and learn the art of grooming. This gentle, rhythmic activity is not only calming but also a powerful way to bond with a horse and understand their behavior. Lead with Confidence: Learn how to halter and safely lead a horse. This exercise builds trust and communication between you and the animal and is a wonderful way to practice mindfulness and focus.
