About the event
We are thrilled to welcome the Durham Jazz Orchestra to the barn for our Spring Barn Dance! As Durham’s premier 18-member volunteer big band, the DJO brings the classic, high-energy sound of a full horn section and driving rhythm to the farm.
Known for their vibrant performances throughout the Triangle, the orchestra specializes in the timeless swing and jazz standards that were practically made for dancing. Whether you are a seasoned swing dancer or just looking to enjoy some world-class music in a beautiful farm setting, the DJO’s rich, soulful sound provides the perfect backdrop for a night of community and celebration.
